This is the Rifles Cross Belt as worn by Serjeants, Colour Serjeants and Bandsmen and consists of the following individual items:
1: 50mm wide leather belt complete with pouch and silver guilded metal fittings. 2: 50mm Silver plated cross belt badge & backplate. 3: Silver plated Inkerman Chain and whistle set. 4: Silver plated pouch badge.
Ordering. If you wish to have a complete belt simply select the size of belt you require and the individual items of belt furniture from the DROP DOWN BOXES below. The word 'furniture' is a collective term used to describe the metal adorments fitted to the leather belt.
If you only require a particular part or parts of the Cross Belt simply select only those items you need.
The inclusive cost of each item including P&P (UK Special Delivery Only) and VAT is shown against each item within each DROP DOWN BOX.

Measuring for a Cross Belt. Wearing a No:2 Dress Jacket, Shirt & Tie; the tape measurement must be taken from the centre of the front badge (centre of the sternum) along the centre line of the belt, up and under the centre of the left epaulette, down and across the back and under the right armpit to rejoin the front badge. A perfectly fitted Cross Belt should have a gap of 4 fingers width between the upper edge of the belt and the right armpit of the jacket.
