These 7 rare and quite valuable volumes plus an appendix (see below) charts the history of the Kings Royal Rifles Corp from its formation in 1755 as the 60th Royal Americans to the Royal Green Jackets on the 1st January 1966.
The additional appendix which accompanies these books and published in 1913 deals with the uniform, armament and equipment of the regiment up to 1906, and includes 26 colour plates and 23 black & white plates of uniforms, colours, gorgets, cross-belt badges, cap badges, buttons, and early regimental medals.
